Lynne Olney has extensive experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on transformation, automation, and digital solutions. Lynne is currently serving as the Chief Transformation Officer at Healthy Alliance, where they provide leadership in driving organizational agility, data-driven decision-making, and process improvement. In this role, they oversee multiple teams, including Data & Business Intelligence, Business Solutions, Program Design, and Information Technology & Security. Prior to this, Lynne worked at EXL as an Assistant Vice President, where they played a key role in advancing automation and digital solutions within clinical services. Lynne also supported sales opportunities and client implementations. Before EXL, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Blue Slate, an EXL Company.

Earlier in their career, Lynne held leadership positions at APA Partners, Inc, where they directed operations as a Third-Party Administrator, and at the New York Physical Therapy Association, where they provided expert advice on reimbursement and built relationships with payers. Lynne also worked as a Healthcare Consultant at Perot Systems Corp, focusing on claim system implementation projects.

Lynne's career began at Kaiser Permanente, where they held various positions including Senior Director, Director, Operations Analyst, and Administrative Intern. During their time at Kaiser Permanente, they played key roles in implementing a national claims system platform, developing contracting and reimbursement strategies, and managing provider relations.

Lynne Olney obtained an MBA in Healthcare Administration from Union College in the years 1990 to 1991. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration of Health Services from Ithaca College between 1986 and 1990. Additionally, Lynne has obtained certifications such as the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and the Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in October 2017 and August 2017, respectively.
