Gina Ciganik

Gina Ciganik has extensive work experience in various roles related to housing innovation and development. Gina served as the Chief Executive Officer of Healthy Building Network, where they focused on growing capacity, aligning work with industry partners, and eliminating chemical hazards to create a healthier world. Gina also worked as a Senior Advisor at Enterprise Community Partners, where they continued to contribute to housing innovation. Prior to these roles, Gina held leadership positions at Aeon, where they were responsible for financial management, real estate development, and community processes. Gina began their career as a Redevelopment Specialist at the City of Brooklyn Park. Overall, Gina's work experience has consistently involved strategic planning and execution to improve affordable housing and promote healthier materials in the industry.

Gina Ciganik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Housing from the University of Minnesota. Gina also completed a Certificate in Executive Education in Community Development Leadership from the Harvard Kennedy School between 2012 and 2014.
