Melissa Benitez is a seasoned Human Resources professional with diverse experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at HCHC since January 2023, Melissa previously held similar roles at Farmer Focus - Shenandoah Valley Organic and Riddleberger Brothers, Inc. Earlier in the career, Melissa worked as Operations Safety Lead at Perdue Farms, focusing on safety inspections and training. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Supervisor at both Pilgrim's and Riddleberger Brothers, along with a position as Human Resources Assistant Area Manager at The Vincit Group.
