Frank Mueller

Frank Mueller is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in mechanical and systems engineering across various sectors, including defense and automotive. Currently serving as Chief Engineer for Ground Systems at L3Harris Technologies since February 2022, Mueller also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Innovation and Technology at Healthy Dining since November 2016. Previous roles include Senior Consultant at Moog Space and Defense Group, Director of Engineering at Moog Inc., Co-Founder and VP of Mechanical Engineering at Advanced Integrated Systems, Manager of Mechanical Engineering at General Dynamics Land Systems, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at General Motors Delco Electronics. Frank Mueller earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and previously attended Santa Barbara City College.
