Brianna Guzman, MS

Brianna Guzman, MS has extensive work experience in various roles. Brianna began their career in 2017 as a Substitute Teacher at NORTHSIDE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they joined The University of Texas at San Antonio as a Research Assistant, conducting literature reviews, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing materials for submission to granting agencies and foundations. Brianna then moved on to Healthy Futures of Texas in 2022, initially as a Marketing Volunteer and later as a Communications Contractor, where they supported and developed communications collateral for the Higher Education department and co-facilitated sex education curriculum to university students. Currently, they hold the position of Social Media Specialist at Healthy Futures of Texas, starting in May 2023.

Brianna Guzman, MS, has a diverse education history. Brianna began their journey at The University of Texas at San Antonio in 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies, General. After completing their undergraduate studies, Brianna continued their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Health Promotion from 2020 to 2022. In addition to their master's degree, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Community Nutrition in 2021.
