For over the past 10+ years, Healthy Homes Solutions has been developing a full end-to-end and modular profiling, targeting and householder engagement platform to support vulnerable and in-fuel poverty homes. 

The platform provides a tailored service for PSR providers, utility companies, Housing Associations, Local Authorities, CSR, Managing Agents and Partners to identify and target the homes relevant to their specific programme needs. 

Whether this be supporting vulnerable homes, homes in poverty, low income and on benefits, vulnerable households, in fuel poverty all the way through to broadband deprivation areas and installation of EV chargers, the wealth of household data within the platform is unique and one of our key differentiations. Our current vulnerability and in-fuel poverty programmes are resulting in a guaranteed and independently ratified SROI of 1:30.

Another is in our occupier engagement programme, utilising our award-winning Marketing and Communications team we are able to advise on the messaging and engagement mechanisms to greatly improve Householder engagement and to bring them along the journey to improvement. 

Our data is sourced direct from a number of available sources including BEIS, ONS, DWP, EPC, Post Office and Electoral roll, but it is merged with data that we have been collecting since 1984 to provide trends, insight and focus for the targeting of specific campaigns. 

Our aim is to support the retrofit and improvement of homes throughout the UK, through profiling, insight, intelligence and motivational communications.
