Becca Lafond

Becca LaFond is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the U.S. General Manager at Healthy.io, Becca has previously held several leadership roles at Olive, including Chief Customer Officer, General Manager of the Provider Market, and Executive Vice President of Customer Experience. Prior to Olive, Becca was the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Service Officer at Empiric Health, which was acquired by Olive in April 2021. Becca LaFond holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Duke University and an MBA with a focus on MHA from the UW Foster School of Business. Additionally, Becca is a member of Break into the Boardroom (BiB).
