Grace Muriuki is a Strategic Science Manager at Healthy Land and Water since July 2020 and serves as an Adjunct Senior Fellow at The University of Queensland, where Muriuki previously held the position of Honorary Research Fellow from March 2019 to February 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Research and Insights Officer at the Crime and Corruption Commission (Queensland) and Program Manager for the Global Change Institute (Food Systems Program) at The University of Queensland. Muriuki's research background encompasses a Research Fellow position at the Centre for Social Responsibility in Mining, a Research Scientist at CSIRO, and a Project Manager within the Department of Environment and Heritage Protection. Muriuki holds a Ph.D. in Geography Planning and Environmental Management from The University of Queensland and has obtained a range of certifications in project management, environmental change, and management. Educational credentials also include a Master's Degree in Range Science and Management from the University of Nairobi and a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Science from the same institution.
