Pastel Scales

Pastel Scales is an Employment Specialist at The Arc of Palm Beach County, providing support and opportunities for individuals with disabilities. As a Doula at Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc., Pastel offers psychosocial and emotional support to mothers during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. Pastel has also served as a Director of Programs at Farmworker Coordinating Council of Palm Beach County, Inc, promoting self-sufficiency for migrant farmworkers. With a background in Mental Health Counseling and experience in various community service roles, Pastel is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of others in Palm Beach County.
