Anthony Adams

Anthony Adams has extensive experience in the field of information technology and customer support, currently serving as a US Information Technology Business Analyst at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance & Foundation since March 2018. In this role, Anthony focuses on business analysis and requirement gathering to ensure effective project delivery. Prior positions include Operations Specialist I and Claims Specialist 1, both contributing to customer data analysis and support. Anthony has a background with AT&T in various management and support roles, including Social Media Manager and Technical Support Team Manager, as well as experience in customer service and food service at Zulu’s Board Game Cafe and Ivar's Inc. Anthony holds a diploma in General Studies from Juanita High School and is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree at Cascadia College.
