James Johnson

James Johnson is a seasoned Salesforce Developer with extensive experience in customer relationship management and integrations. Currently employed at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance and Healthy Paws Foundation since July 2017, James has successfully developed Salesforce solutions to enhance operations. Previously, at AAPC from October 2015 to March 2017, James served as a Sr CRM Developer, focusing on integrating Salesforce with external platforms and improving customer service. James's career began at Extra Space Storage where, from July 2005 to October 2015, important applications were developed and a customized Salesforce Service Cloud was implemented. James holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Video Game Design and an Associate of Applied Science in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia from ITT Technical Institute.
