Katie Virdell

Katie Virdell is a Quality Assurance Specialist at Healthy Paws Pet Insurance & Foundation since October 2013, where responsibilities include building the quality assurance program, evaluating claims interactions, providing feedback to claims specialists, and ensuring consistency in the Pet Parent experience. Virdell has also served as a Content Review Editor, Training Support Specialist, and Claims Processor within the same organization. Previous experience includes working as a Veterinary Assistant at the Veterinary Specialty Center of Seattle and as a Veterinary Receptionist at North Creek Pet Hospital. Virdell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology/Animal Biology from the University of Washington and an Associate of Arts from Everett Community College.
