Uma Pandey

Uma Pandey has extensive experience in management and customer service, currently serving as Store Manager at Healthy Planet Canada since January 2018. In this role, Uma oversees daily operations, trains employees, fosters customer loyalty, and handles marketing initiatives. Prior to this, Uma held various positions at IBM from August 2011 to October 2017, including Project Staffing Professional and Program Manager Enablement, focusing on training development and needs assessment.
