Healthy Plate Solutions is a sponsor of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) in the State of Texas. We are an organization under contract from the State of Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) to offer assistance to child care centers who wish to participate in the Child Care Food Program.
