Maya Bostick

Maya Bostick has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2015, they worked as a Summer Intern at the Architect of the Capitol, where they provided high-level customer service and operated the Senate train. From 2016 to 2020, Maya was a College Student at Spelman College, studying psychology with a focus on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. During this time, they also interned at Capital Women's Care Division 67 as a Summer Finance Intern. In 2017, Maya served as a Community Corrections Summer Intern at the DC Department of Corrections. In 2018, they participated in the Summer Research Early Identification Program at The Wharton School. The following year, Maya worked as a Sales Associate at Nordstromrack.com | HauteLook, a Nordstrom Company. In 2019, they became a Commission Sales Associate at Nordstrom and also interned as a Human Resources Summer Intern at PenFed Credit Union. Maya's most recent position is at Healthy Roots Dolls, where they currently hold the role of Email Marketing Manager, starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Community Manager/Content Creator for the company since August 2020. In addition to their work experience, Maya maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.61 and a Psychology GPA of 3 during their time at Spelman College.

Maya Bostick completed their Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Spelman College from 2016 to 2020. In 2020, they pursued a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship at GreenFig. Prior to their college education, they attended McKinley Technology High School from 2012 to 2016, where they focused on Biotechnology. Maya also participated in the Urban Alliance program in 2015 and 2016. Maya has obtained several certifications, including Content Marketing: Blogs and Writing a Compelling Blog Post from LinkedIn, Email Marketing Certified from HubSpot Academy, and Google Ads Search Certification and Google Analytics Individual Qualification from Google.
