Ria Berger serves as the CEO of Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County, a leading oral health care provider for children, where responsibilities include strategy, sustainability, and organizational development. With a rich background in human resources and organizational leadership, Ria has held significant roles such as SVP of Dental and Oral Health Division at AltaMed Health Services and Vice President of Human Resources at Vanguard Health Systems, where impactful initiatives led to substantial improvements in recruitment, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. Ria's earlier experience includes serving as a consultant and senior director, and a managing director for a successful retail chain in Europe and the Middle East.
