Jim Mulford

Jim Mulford has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several industries. Jim started their career at Ericsson, Inc. in 1996 and progressed through various roles, including Test Engineer, Senior System Engineer, Technical Product/Project Manager, and Manager of the PMO. At Ericsson, they spearheaded the development of a new broadband product portfolio and oversaw a local R&D staff of 100.

In 2001, Jim transferred to Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, where they served as a Senior Project Manager. Jim successfully directed program activities and established a strategic business relationship with an outsourced development manufacturer in South Korea.

Afterwards, Jim worked at VisionAIR as a Senior Project Manager from 2003 to 2007. Jim then joined Harris Stratex Networks as the Manager of the Global Engineering Program Management Office, where they established and ran the PMO, directed a 15-member team, and managed a $40 million R&D budget.

In 2008, Jim held project management roles at Insight Global and Cisco. Jim then joined TriTech Software Systems as a Principal Project Manager from 2009 to 2012, where they managed complex contracts and served as a mentor to other Project Managers.

From 2013 to 2019, Jim worked at CentralSquare Technologies (formerly TriTech Software Systems) as the Director of the Program Management Office. Jim led a team responsible for implementing Enterprise Public Safety projects, driving project success, customer satisfaction, and revenue goals.

At SOMA Global, Jim held multiple roles from 2020 to 2022. Jim started as a Partner Success Manager and subsequently became the Director of Project Management, where they established a PMO and implemented initial processes and practices. Later, they became the Director of Solutions, leading a team of Solutions Specialists and enabling SOMA Applications using Agile methodologies.

Most recently, in 2023, Jim joined Healthy Together as a Senior Project Manager.

Jim Mulford has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile, Learning Confluence 2018, Agile Foundations, Artificial Intelligence for Project Managers, Business Development Foundations, Comparing Agile versus Waterfall Project Management, DevOps Foundations, and Strategic Thinking. Jim is also pursuing a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
