Carl R. Hall is the Co-Founder of HealthyHive. Prior to HealthyHive, they served as the Chief Investment Officer, Wealth Management at Century Bank from April 2015 to January 2020. In this role, they were responsible for setting global asset allocation investment policy for two separate investment offerings, leading AUM growth to $150 million in under five years from a base of $25 million, constructing global asset allocation portfolios employing active & passive vehicles utilizing "R" open source data analysis software & associated portfolio-management packages to supplement and validate portfolio construction process, maintaining US Large Cap Equity focus list with a goal of achieving high active share, moderate tracking error, & defensive downside risk profile to large cap domestic index, overseeing business development initiatives by working with Century Bank commercial lending department, branch managers & executive leadership, implementing technology platform for security and fund analysis, trading & research, and transitioning custodial platform to Schwab Institutional to position group for future growth. Carl is currently leading a Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) project - third-party verification pending.

Carl R. Hall has a Bachelor of Arts from Bowdoin College, an MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, and a DIPLOME D'ETUDES EN LANGUE FRANCAISE DU PREMIER DEGRE from UNIVERSITY OF GRENOBLE. Carl also has a Certification from CFA Institute in CFA Designation.
