Rajat Arya

Rajat Arya began their career in 2012 as a Director at Novexis Healthcare. In 2022, they joined HealthySure as Lead - Growth Partnerships. HealthySure is an Employee Welfare Insurtech Platform founded by IIM-ISB alumni, targeting SMEs to make insurance and healthcare affordable and accessible to the Indian workforce and their families. Rajat's role was to offer a digitized policy and claim experience with curated health and wellness offerings, and to launch an industry-first Unified Health Insurance which allows employees to personalize and upgrade their corporate health covers and enjoy continuity benefits post-employment.

Rajat Arya completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from HR College of Commerce and Economics between 2008 and 2011. Rajat then completed The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India between 2008 and 2012. Rajat then went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from G.J. Advani Law College between 2012 and 2015. Rajat is currently enrolled at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
