Svetlana Saveljeva

Svetlana Saveljeva is a Principal Pharmacologist at Healx, leading cross-functional teams in early-stage drug projects and managing preclinical cascades to validate promising drug candidates since April 2021. Prior to this role, Svetlana served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Cambridge, focusing on dendritic cell metabolism and its impact on adaptive immune responses from March 2015 to April 2021. Svetlana's early research experience includes a PhD at NUI Galway from 2010 to 2014, investigating ER stress-induced cell death and related cellular processes, and a Research Assistant position at Universidad de las Islas Baleares. Svetlana holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Vilnius University.
