Charlotte Richards

Charlotte Richards is currently the Operations & Production Manager at Heaps Normal, responsible for overseeing end-to-end production requirements, new product development, recipe design, and material procurement. Prior to this role, Charlotte worked at Lion as a Craft Network Coordinator, Production Team Leader, and Brewer. Charlotte also has experience in website content development, electronic repair, and customer service. Charlotte holds a Diploma of Brewing from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling and a Bachelor's degree in Digital Cultures and Ancient History/Classical Latin from the University of Sydney.
