Ginger Scherbarth

As Chief People Officer, Ginger Scherbarth is leading the revitalization of the HEAPY Human Resources Department to provide better support in the development and care of the firm’s most vital asset – the people. One of Ginger’s primary responsibilities is to be a HEAPY Cultural Champion and ensure the colleagues know how what they do every day contributes to the overall purpose to “build a sustainable, well and more resilient society.”

In Ginger’s spare time, she enjoys running/obstacle course racing, volunteering for groups such as Girls on the Run and Mason High School Girls Cross Country. She lives in Mason, Ohio with her husband, Dan, and their puppy Dalmatian, Bella. Her son, Austin, recently finished up his PhD in Materials Engineering from Virginia Tech.
