Ivy Kwan has over 8 years of experience in product design. Ivy began their career in 2013 as a Designer at Amscan/Grasslands Road, where they contributed to all phases of product development, including research, ideation, graphic design, and creating schematics and specification sheets. In 2015, they joined Betable as a Product Designer, designing clean, user-friendly interfaces as part of a lean interdisciplinary team. In 2016, they continued their career as a Product Designer at Zoosk Inc., where they designed a new customer support center, paywalls, and iOS/Android interfaces. Ivy was also the primary designer on the experimental social app Lively. In 2018, Ivy moved to Carvana as a Product Designer, where they designed search and browsing features, internal tools, landing pages, and homepage. In 2020, they joined Process Street as a Senior Product Designer, working on SaaS software with a focus on improving usability and helping customers achieve more efficiency and transparency in their businesses. Currently, Ivy is a Senior Product Designer at Heard, working to make taxes and bookkeeping easier so therapists can focus on what they do best.
Ivy Kwan attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Arts. Ivy then attended the Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games + Animation from 2012 to 2013, studying Entertainment Design.
