Jeff Ludlam possesses significant experience in project management and operations within the construction and hospitality industries. At Suffolk Construction, Jeff served as an Enterprise Project Manager, overseeing external contractors and ensuring adherence to project management best practices for complex projects. Prior experience at Encore included roles such as Project Manager and New England Area Director of Operations, where Jeff managed multiple projects, established long-term customer relationships, and drove business growth. In current position as Director of Event Technology and DOO Sports Venues at Heard Global, Jeff continues to leverage extensive expertise in managing operations and improving processes.
