Indira Bimali has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Indira started their career at Ncell as a Product Specialist/Project Coordinator, where they worked from February 2006 to January 2011. Indira then joined Verizon Wireless World as a Tech Support employee, working from May 2011 to January 2014. After this, they moved on to Hearing Care Solutions, where they held multiple roles. Indira started as a Data Analyst & Project Manager in November 2018, working until October 2019. Indira then transitioned to the position of Director of Reporting, Analytics & Quality Assurance in November 2019. In this role, they managed a team of data, business, and reporting analysts, served as a Subject Matter Expert for EDIs, implemented Year-over-Year Health Plan patient contracts, assisted in building CMS's universes, and handled health plan configuration and management using FileMaker.

Indira Bimali began their education history in 2002 when they attended Bangalore University to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Indira completed their studies in 2005. Following this, from 2008 to 2010, they enrolled at Ace Institute of Management and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Project Management. In 2016, Indira continued their education journey at Colorado State University Global, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and concluded their studies in 2017.
