Brittain Adams is an experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist with a comprehensive background in the hearing healthcare industry. Currently serving as a BC-HIS at Hearing Rehab Center since April 2016, Brittain previously held similar positions at Connect Hearing US and Zounds Hearing, Inc. In addition, Brittain owned and operated Gulf Coast Hearing Systems, Inc., successfully expanding the business across multiple states while focusing on staff development and customer relations. With a degree in Business Administration/Organizational Management from Crichton College, Brittain demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical practices and superior customer service, consistently conducting over 20 accurate hearing tests per week with a notable closing rate.
