Catherine Hale

Catherine Hale is an experienced Hearing Instrument Specialist currently serving at HearingLife Canada since January 2021, alongside a concurrent position at Robillard Hearing Centres since September 2017, which was acquired by HearingLife. Prior experience includes a role as a Hearing Instrument Dispenser at Connect Hearing Canada from July 2016 to May 2017, and a foundational position as a Hearing Instrument Specialist Student at Arnold Hearing Centres in early 2016. Catherine's diverse background also includes significant customer service experience as a Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, and Aqua Fitness Instructor for the City of Kitchener from September 2011 to June 2016, working with a wide range of age groups. Catherine holds an Ontario College Diploma in Hearing Instrument Specialist from Conestoga College, obtained between 2014 and 2016.
