Stephen Salna

Stephen Salna is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at Hearn Industrial Services since April 2023 and as the Assistant Plant Manager at Dynacraft, A PACCAR Company since August 2021. Previously, Stephen held the position of Plant Manager at K&N Engineering from September 2020 to August 2021, overseeing a 560,000 sq. ft. facility. Stephen's extensive tenure at Ford Motor Company spanned over 16 years, where roles included Material Flow Engineering Team Lead, supervising new model vehicle launches, and Global Material Planning and Logistics Supervisor, responsible for strategic planning within production systems. Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration from Capella University and a Bachelor of Arts from Madonna University.
