Faye Turner has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Faye started their career at MediaCom in 2004 as a Graduate Planner, where they worked on accounts such as Volkswagen, Masterfoods, and Churchill Insurance. Faye then moved on to become a Media Planner, managing accounts for Volkswagen and Turner Entertainment. Faye also took on the role of Senior Planner, where they continued to handle Volkswagen and Turner Entertainment accounts and achieved notable successes such as winning the PPA Best Use of Magazines Award for Volkswagen Touareg.

In 2010, Faye took a sabbatical before joining Rocket as a Group Account Director. Faye played a crucial role in driving the agency's growth and oversaw key clients like The Co-operative Funeralcare, The Co-operative Financial Services, and Harvey Nichols. Faye's contributions were recognized, and they were appointed to the Rocket board as an Acting Managing Partner.

Faye then joined MediaCom again in 2017 as a Business Director - Planning, where they focused on client strategy and marketing for various accounts. In 2018, they joined Hearst UK, starting as a Group Strategy Director before moving on to become the Head of Commercial Strategy & Insight and eventually the Head of Client Strategy & Marketing.

Throughout their career, Faye has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, campaign development, and client relationship management. Faye has achieved success in securing new clients and delivering impactful campaigns, particularly in the healthcare and retail sectors.

Faye Turner began their education at Rugby High Grammar School from 1994 to 2001. Faye completed A Levels in Media Studies, Art, and Biology, and AS Levels in Maths (pure and statistics) and General Studies. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Bournemouth University, where they earned a BA in Advertising & Marketing Communications.
