Kelli Dakake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital engagement, subscriber retention, and consumer revenue strategy. Currently serving as Vice President of Engagement and Retention at Hearst since November 2018, Kelli oversees the strategy for digital engagement across Hearst Newspaper publications. Previously, Kelli held the position of Vice President of Digital Acquisition, focusing on digital subscription growth. In addition to work at Hearst, Kelli is a member of the HearstLab Scout Advisory Board, providing strategic guidance to early-stage, women-led startups.
