Prior to BAE, Neil worked as an Aircraft Engineering Consultant at Procol Aviation Services Ltd from 1996 to 1999, providing engineering advice to IPTN, an Indonesian aircraft manufacturer, on certification programs. Neil also worked as an Aerodynamicist at BAE Systems Regional Aircraft from 1990 to 1996, contributing to product development and certification projects for regional turboprop aircraft.
