Natasha Larocque

Natasha Larocque, CPA, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy Implementation and Integrated Planning at Heart & Stroke since January 2022, Natasha leads the establishment of a strategic operating planning process that integrates budgeting and enhances organizational communication and prioritization. Previously, Natasha held the role of Director, Operational Excellence at the Ontario Medical Association from May 2015 to January 2022, where efforts focused on linking strategic initiatives to operational processes and driving accountability through data-driven measurements. Additionally, Natasha modernized the election process in a managerial role at the Ontario Medical Association and led budgeting processes at Saint Elizabeth Health Care, reflecting a strong background in financial operations. Natasha holds a Master's of Accounting and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, both from the University of Waterloo.
