Heart and Home Living aims to offer Therapeutic care and support to children aged 8-17 with a variety of SEMH and complex needs. We will support children’s individual needs with tailored care plans, enabling them to access education, social activities and health support, to ensure their emotional and physical development is met. We believe that the basic human right of children is their right to live a happy life and strives to achieve this, as it is the right of every child to feel safe, to be safe, to be heard and respected. We shall promote the child’s right to progress in life pursuing their dreams and aspirations, and believe it is all about being given the opportunities from which to build and grow. Heart and Home Living Ltd believe that instilling confidence from where self-belief will effortlessly manifest, is key to a child forming self-identify and a sense of belonging and will create an environment for this to happen within our homes. Heart and Home Living’s fundamental aim is to provide a foundation and environment that will prepare children for the rest of their lives, as they embark on their diverse journeys ahead. We aim to provide child centred care tailored to the needs of each child and guide them to achieving positive outcomes. Heart and Home Living provides placements designed to create an environment that is caring and nurturing with a holistic approach, that ensures the children and young people are at the centre of all we do. We pride ourselves on being Child centred and solution Focused. We focus on empowering and enabling children to become the best versions of themselves and have selfbelief. Our therapeutic practice and organisational ethos is designed to promote the welfare, safety and development of our children and our aim is to prepare children for the next stages of their journey whether that is moving onto foster care, moving back to parents, or in to supported or independent living.
