Julia Howe

Julia Howe is the Founder and Executive Director of Hitting The Wall, an initiative providing mental and physical health resources to teen girl athletes. Julia is also the Founder and Executive Director of Jing Shao Nian, San Francisco's first youth-led Canto/Peking Opera company. Additionally, Julia is a Radio Talk Show Host at Be the Star You Are!® 501 c3 charity, and an Internship Program Manager and Executive Assistant at Heart in Motion. On top of their professional roles, Julia has gained experience as a Teen Entrepreneur and in various intern positions. Julia has a solid background in providing support and resources to others, showcasing their dedication to helping those in need.
