Emily Elliott Gaffney

Emily Elliott Gaffney is the founder and CEO of Heart Math Tutoring, a nonprofit in Charlotte that recruits volunteers to tutor elementary students in high-poverty schools. Prior to this, Emily worked in financial strategy at Rocketship Public Schools and as a teacher at ACE Charter School through Teach for America. Emily also has experience as a CIB Analyst at Wells Fargo Advisors. Emily graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics and Business Administration.
