Carolyn Shermer

Carolyn Shermer is the Chief Information Officer at Heart of Florida United Way, where Carolyn evaluates and implements new processes and procedures. Carolyn is also the President/Owner of Zen Technology Solutions of Central Florida, specializing in consulting and support for small businesses. Additionally, Carolyn serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Valencia College, and has previous experience as a Program Manager at Goodwill Industries. With a BS in Computer Engineering/Information Systems Technology and an MS in Business Administration/Management Information Systems, their expertise ranges from network administration to program development.
