Jane Hayes

Jane Hayes is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as a Board Trustee at Heart of Kent Hospice and a Non-Executive Director at Hiscox. With a robust background in underwriting and risk management, Jane has held significant roles at Zurich Insurance plc, including Chief Underwriting Officer for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, overseeing $17 billion in gross written premium (GWP), and leading the Underwriting Excellence Framework for Global General Insurance with a governance scope of $32 billion GWP. Jane's past positions also include Executive Director at the Lloyd's Market Association and Insurance Advisory Board Member at EXL.
