Brooke Noel Lykins has a diverse and extensive work experience in the non-profit sector. Brooke Noel is currently serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) since November 2019. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Development Officer at HOLA from May 2017 to November 2019.

Before joining HOLA, Brooke held the position of Chief Development Officer at Downtown Women's Center from March 2014 to December 2016. Brooke Noel also worked as the Director of Development at UCP Wheels for Humanity from February 2013 to February 2014.

In 2011, Brooke worked as an Orfalea Fellow, Economic Opportunity Initiative at the Clinton Foundation for a year.

Brooke Noel has also been associated with Downtown Women's Center in various roles. Brooke Noel served as the Capital Campaign Manager from August 2009 to August 2011 and as the Volunteer Department Manager from May 2005 to August 2009.

Additionally, Brooke has served as the Co-Chair of Downtown Women's Action Coalition from July 2005 to December 2008 and as a Founding Member of the Human Rights Coalition from August 2007 to August 2008.

Brooke Noel Lykins obtained a Bachelor's degree in Directing and Theatrical Production from UCLA, studying from 2001 to 2004. Brooke Noel later pursued a Master of Public Administration - MPA with a focus on Nonprofit Management at the University of Southern California, completing their studies from 2009 to 2011.
