Lita Thomas

Lita Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Lita began their career in 1988 as an Accounting Specialist at Midland Mutual Life Insurance Company and worked there until 1992. From 1998 to 2000, they served as the Assistant Finance Director at Community Shelter Board. In 2000, they joined Columbus Compact Corporation as a Fiscal Officer and held the position until 2016. Between 1992 and 2014, Lita Thomas owned Thomas Consulting, and in 2014, they became a Partner at EMC Real Estate Holdings, Inc. Most recently, they worked at Heart of Ohio Family Health, starting as a Comptroller in 2019 before being promoted to Financial Director and then Chief Financial Officer.

Lita Thomas completed their high school education at Walnut Hills High School from 1977 to 1983. Lita then pursued a degree in Marketing at The Ohio State University from 1983 to 1985. Later, from 2001 to 2004, they attended Ohio Dominican University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
