Katharina Loudin, MBA, has extensive experience in various roles within the fields of exercise instruction, legal services, and configuration management. Currently serving as a Group Exercise Instructor at Heart of the Valley YMCA since February 2015, Katharina previously operated as a Business Owner and Senior Associate at LegalShield from April 2016 to January 2020, providing affordable legal protection services. Prior to that, Katharina spent over a decade at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services in multiple capacities related to configuration and change management, contributing to process documentation, data accuracy, and customer transitions. Katharina's career also includes experience at VIA Information Systems managing Change Control for Ford Motor Company and as a Network Support Administrator at Manpower Inc. Katharina holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Wayne State University.
