Lara Beck

Lara Beck has extensive experience in healthcare administration and management. Lara currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Heart to Heart Hospice since May 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Regional Vice President of Operations at Heart to Heart Hospice from February 2018 to August 2023, and as the Area Vice President from May 2015 to February 2018.

Before joining Heart to Heart Hospice, Lara worked as the Director of home care and hospice at a Holiday management company from July 2013 to May 2015. Lara also held the position of Regional Director of Sub-Acute Services/Administrator at Vibrant / Care One - (Trilogy Health Services, LLC) from February 2012 to July 2013, where they successfully managed a large home health care agency and implemented strategies to increase revenue and improve effectiveness.

Earlier in their career, Lara served as the Executive Director of VistaCare Hospice at Gentiva Health Services from May 2007 to February 2012, where they managed the largest and most profitable hospice agency in the area. Lara also worked as the Senior Administrator at Extendicare from January 2003 to May 2007, where they oversaw the overhaul of a troubled facility and significantly increased census and net operating income.

Lara began their career as the Administrator at Outlook Pointe, the largest assisted living center in the area, at Balanced Care Corp. from May 1999 to January 2003. Prior to that, they worked at Extendicare as an Administrator at Bell Oaks Terrace Assisted Living from July 1993 to May 1999, where they managed all operations and achieved high levels of profitability.

Throughout their career, Lara has demonstrated strong leadership, strategic planning, and operational management skills, resulting in the success and growth of the organizations they have worked for.

Lara Beck attended the University of Southern Indiana from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Communications and Public Relations.
