Heart to Heart International
Rabelani Kaela currently serves as a PHIA Fellow at Heart to Heart International since September 2019, building on previous experience as a Medical Scientist at Lancet Laboratories from November 2011 to September 2019, and as an Intern Medical Scientist at the Flow Cytometry Centre in 2011. Rabelani holds a Master of Science in Biomedical Science from Ulster University, expected in December 2023, and earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Great Zimbabwe University between 2017 and 2019. Rabelani completed a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science from the University of Zimbabwe in June 2011.

Heart to Heart International seeks to improve healthcare access in the U.S. and around the world by ensuring quality care is provided equitably in medically under-resourced communities and in disaster situations. We believe that sustained access to health sets the foundation for individual and community development. In everything we do, we work to broaden access to healthcare services and build capacity for health. We engage volunteers, collaborate with partners and deploy resources to achieve this mission.
