Randy Stabenow currently volunteers at Heart to Heart International while serving as Chief Operating Officer at RDS Consulting, LLC, since January 2016. In this role, Randy focuses on operations analysis and improvement within apparel sourcing, warehousing, and decoration. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Operations at Gear for Sports from April 1998 to December 2015 and as Director of Warehousing at The Lee Apparel Company from 1977 to 1996. Randy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from Missouri State University, completed in 1977.
