Rick Randolph

Senior Chief Medical Officer at Heart to Heart International

Rick Randolph has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Rick began their career as a Field Artillery Officer in the US Army from 1976 to 1981. Rick then served in various medical positions within the US Army from 1987 to 1995, including Chief Resident of a Family Practice residency, Clinic Officer in Charge, and Chief of the Primary Care Service with MEDDAC. Rick also served as a trauma resuscitator and as an on-post augmentee for the Joint Special Operations Command. Rick later became the Group Surgeon (Chief Medical Officer) for the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne). After leaving the military, they worked as a Medical Officer in the United States Army National Guard from 1995 to 2005. Following their time in the National Guard, they became a Partner at College Park Family Care from 1995 to 2015. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Chief Medical Officer at Heart to Heart International since January 2021, having previously served as the Chief Medical Officer from July 2015 to January 2021. Rick also briefly served as the Chief Medical Officer for the Ebola Treatment Unit at Heart to Heart International in 2015.

Rick Randolph attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1972 to 1976, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in an undisclosed field of study. Following this, they pursued higher education at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 1983 to 1987, earning their Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree.
