Francena Whitely- Brooks

Francena Whitely-Brooks is a experienced accountant with a background in fixed assets, inventory, receivables, and general accounting. With a diploma in Business Administration and Management from University of Technology, Jamaica, and an ACCA Level 3 in Accounting, Francena has been with Heart Trust National Training Agency since December 2003, holding various accounting positions. Prior to that, Francena worked as an accountant at National Development Foundation of Jamaica.
