Michael Krebs

Michael Krebs has an extensive work experience spanning over 28 years. Michael started their career in 1992 as an Auditor at Arthur Andersen & Co. Michael then moved to Arthur Andersen Business Consulting as a Senior Consultant in 1995. In 1997, they became a Project Manager at Mitchell Madison Group. Michael then joined L.E.K. Consulting in 1999 as a Project Manager and also became CFO at RUBIKON AG, a venture capital backed start-up company. In 2002, they became an Interim Manager at MK Management Consulting. In 2004, they became the Managing Director at IMBA - Institute of Molecular Biotechnology, Vienna, Austria. In 2020, they became Managing Partner at KHAN Technology Transfer Fund I GmbH & Co. KG and Company builder / Venture Capital investor / C-line manager in biotech / healthtech ventures. In 2021, they became CEO at HeartBeat.bio AG.

Michael Krebs obtained an Executive MBA from JurGrad | Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Mönster in 2004 and a Diplom Kaufmann from Johann Wolfgang Goethe Universität Frankfurt in 1991, both in the field of Business Administration.
