Valentina Dao is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and agency management. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Agency Experience at Heartbeat since July 2016, Valentina has progressed through various roles including Manager of Agency Experience and Human Resources Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Producer at Pixacore and Project Manager at Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide, where Valentina honed skills in project coordination and client communications. Valentina's earlier roles encompassed account coordination at Bayard Advertising and various internships focusing on marketing and sales, ticketing operations, and social media management.
