Crystal Hoag

Crystal Hoag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mission advancement and event coordination. Currently serving as a Mission Advancement Advisor at Heartbeat International since June 2025, Crystal focuses on cultivating relationships with donors to support a network of pregnancy help organizations. As an Entrepreneur at Holy Flamingo Design since February 2024, Crystal specializes in graphic and website design for small businesses. Previously, Crystal held the position of Sales Marketing Manager at FundEasy from June 2012 to July 2025 and worked as a Cheese Monger at Country Winds Creamery from May 2013 to October 2018. Additionally, Crystal coordinated events at Life Network from March 2006 to June 2012, where responsibilities included managing a donor database and organizing fundraising events. Crystal's educational background includes studies at Kuyper College, Pikes Peak State College, and Grand Rapids Community College.
