Alex Israel

Alex Israel has had a diverse career, beginning with their studies at John Carroll University in 2015. In 2016, they became a Sales Associate at Tuxedo Junction, Inc., where they were certified as a Formal Wear Consultant. The following year, they joined Vector Marketing as an Advisor and MARC USA as a Digital Media Intern. In 2018, they were an HR Intern at Avery Dennison and in 2019, they became a Mortgage Banker at Quicken Loans. In 2020, they were a Mortgage Loan Originator at AmeriSave Mortgage Corporation and in 2021, a Loan Advisor at Freedom Mortgage. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager and Account Manager II at Hearth, where they serve as the main point of contact for ~400 SMB accounts, training and growing these accounts by having each contractor leverage multiple Hearth products. Alex also cultivates long-term relationships and holds quarterly business reviews with all accounts.

Alex Israel has a diverse educational background. From 2012 to 2015, they attended North Allegheny High School. From 2015 to 2019, they attended John Carroll University, majoring in Business Management/ HR. In 2017, they obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Regent's University London. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications: Mortgage Loan Originator from Nationwide Mortgage Licensing and Registry (NMLS) in 2019, Connecting with Sales Prospects from Coursera in 2018, and Customer Segmentation and Prospecting from Coursera in 2018.
