Jens Dam has over 30 years of work experience in the business industry. Jens began their career in 1991 as the Chief Executive Officer of Svogerslev Maskincenter John Deere. In 2007, they became the Chief Executive Officer of M4 A/S. In 2009, they were appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Cardia Europe. In 2010, they were named the Chief Executive Officer of Arctiko A/S, a company specialized in refrigeration and Freezers for the biomedical industry. In 2014, they became the CEO of Cardia International A/S, a company that manufactures CardiAid defibrillators with a worldwide distribution network. In 2017, they were appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Skanray USA. Finally, in 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer of HeartHero, Inc.

Jens Dam has attended Copenhagen Tecnical School and Roskilde Business School. Jens also has a Board Company education diploma obtained in December 2021.
